The Wonderful World of WHEAT

Cooking with Wheat is simple! 
  1. Purchase a Wheat Grinder and Grind your Wheat!
  2. Put your ground wheat in a rubermaid container in the fridge or freezer
  3. Use in all your recipes - start slow, use 1/3 ground wheat and 2/3 store bought flour
